Thnory snail pouch (More if your planing to do more than one run)
Ectophail
You should look something like this:
Your inventory should look like this:
Best way to barrows:
To get to barrows take the trap door behind canfis' pub. once in their, walk south sreach the sreachable wall.
Countinue going south and take the large doors.
Keep dowing south and slightly west untill you come to a bridge held together by two ladder trees.
countinue south, navagating around small ponds untill you have come to an unmaned boat. click on the boat to get to mort'ton.
If you followed the route above you should have navagated to morton. (Note, click the boat sends you to morton)
From mort'ton go East to get the barrows area, go north then east to then south to get inside barrows. *[Note: The route goes though the Mort myre swamp. Theirfore it is possible that a ghast may attack you cause a food in your inventory to rot. So, you may want to bring a throny snail familar and have it cary two pices of food. However, you may not bring any familar into the barrows area so, you'll have to dismiss your familar in Mort'ton which is not part of the Mort Myre Swamp.]
Now inside the barrows area, you'll see six small hills. Under each hill is a barrows tomb. Each tomb is diffrent holding a diffrent barrow brother and one random tomb leading into the barrow's tunnal.
Use a spade when on top of a hill to get inside one of the barrow's room. When in the room, click on one of the tombs to lure out a barrow brother. When a barrow brother is out of his tomb, it will pissed and willl start attacking you. Also, when inside a barrow's room, your prayer points will drop by 10 points per 5 secounds theirfore it is recomended that you don't waste extra time in any room unless you are in the room with no prayer points remaining.
The Tunnal
Their are six hills which lead into tombs in the barrows area. one of the six tombs are a path to the The tunnal which is a maze-like catacomb filled with monsters witch a high combat level for their race, for example, a small rat their is a like level 56. Anyways, the path to the tunnal is in one of the barrow's tombs. That tomb is random everytime, for example, the parth to the tunnal maybe in dhorak's room the one time and then it maybe in Ahrim's room the next time you go their. Before going inside the tunnal it is strongly recomended that you kill every other brother before hand because your chance of getting good loot depends on the time it takes for you to kill all the brothers and if you kill all the brothers.
when you get in the room that leads into the tunnal click on the tomb and it will say somthing like this:
Note: The tomb that leads into the tunnal will also hold the brother you will encounter in the tunnal. For example, if the kerill room holds the path to the tunnal, kerill will be waiting for you in the tunnal.
The tunnal looks like this:
depending on which room you took to get into the tunnal, you will either start in the square room on the top right, top left, bottem right or bottem left on the picture above. from their your you must enter the rooms filled with monsters from, in the room with the monsters, click on the door towards the chest, that door is marked red on the picture above. However, some doors maybe locked theirfore, you must curcome navagate. Also, the doors marked red in the picture above are doors that lead to the chest, but three of the four doors will be locked forceing you run around the tunnal untill you find the correct door. Doors that are lock like not have the option to open them.
When you finnaly reach the door that leads into the chest you will find that it is also locked. however, that door will be locked by a puzzle, their are three puzzles in total and the answers are always random.
[*Note: try your best to not kill anything but the barrows. killing other ncps other than the barrows in the barrows area will rais you kill counts but it lowers your chance in getting a barrow armour and/or weapon and increase your chance in getting bolt racks which are the bolts used in kerils.]
When you get to the middle of the tunnel (chest room) walk to the middle of the room and click on the chest to open it, then click it again to get the loot.
From personal experiance i would say that it is very likely that you will get coins and runes as loot and you'd have to be very lucky to get a barrows loot.
From one barrows trip:
From one lucky barrows trip:
Dhorak
It is recomended to kill dhorak frist for you will definatly need to use prayer to kill him. Before going into dhorak's tomb, auto-cast air wave. When inside dhorak's tomb click on his tomb and quickly turn on protect from melee. *[Note, dhorak can easily hit 56's on you if you do not use protect from melee] Quickly get out of the tomb when finished.
You maybe wondering what is the kill count thing on the bottem right of the above picture. The kill count shows the you the amount of ncps you've killed in the barrows area. The kill count resets to zero after you loot the barrow's chest.
Keril
I recomend killeding kerils secound because it is only dhorak and kerils and will need the use of protection prayers. Before going into Keril's tomb, equip your dragon dagger and dragon skirt.
when inside the tomb, click on his tomb and quickly turn on protect from missiles keep useing your dragon dagger untill you finish your special attack bar, then switch to your whip.
Once done, get out of the room quickly.
Ahrim
Ahrim's is fairly hard, he can hit 20's eaily but he's not worth useing protect from magic if you have a black d'hide body and chaps. Equip your black d'hide body, black d'hide chaps and rune cross bow.
After killing Ahrim, quickly get out of the tomb.
Guthan
Guthan is quite easy, however, he has the power to steal some of your hp when he attacks. I recomend using a safe manover inorder to never be attacks by guthans. Before going into Guthans tomb, equip your Ahrim's bottem, mystic lava staff, verac brassard and have fire wave auto-cast on.
To do the recomanded safe manover get guthans and yourself in this position:
Run east behind the rock to the east:
Right click guthans and click attack:
Now, QUICKLY run back behind the rock:
After killing Guthan, quickly get out of his tomb
Torag
Torag is easy, he's kind of like guthan expect he cant steal any of your health. You can use the safe manover with torags as well.
To do the safe manover in torag's tomb get torag and your self in this position:
Now run behind the rock to the West
Right click Torag and click attack:
Now, QUICKLY run back behind the rock:
[IMG]http://img182.imageshack.us/img182/5862/090729061
Verac
Verac is pritty hard, He can hit you as if you are wearing no amour. It would be very smart to use the safe manover on this tomb or use protect from melee.
To do the safe manover stand on this spot and click on the tomb:
[URL=http://swiftkit.net]
Quickly run behind the rock to the north:
Right click Verac and click attack:
If you plan to do more than one run use your camolot teleport tab and get the ectophail out of the bank in camolot. Then run south into the church and pray to restore your prayer points. Use your ectophial to teleport to ectofuntus. From their, run west fast the farm and rest at the musican. Once at 100% run energy, run west in canfis where you may bank all the more food and prayer potions.
Good luck with barrows =]
